BELL TENT RENTAL for STAND IN THE LIGHT 2025
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before booking your tent rental for Stand In The Light 2025
Your tent rental will start on Friday 23rd May 2025 and end on Monday 26th May 2025 unless agreed by prior arrangement
You can choose between an empty or furnished tent. After your booking is confirmed we will contact you to check how many airbeds you will require, if any. You will be able to add up to 4 single airbeds per bell tent at no extra cost. Alternatively, we can offer you a double futon style bed (wooden base/tufted mattress) for £50 per bed). We will confirm these details when you email you after payment clears
Under no circumstances may you enter another tent that has not been rented to yourself. We will contact you before the festival to confirm your tent name and location and this will also be available from the Welcome/Security team and the festival organisers. We will also be onsite during the festival to help you. If you have trouble locating your tent DO NOT choose one for yourself. All tents will be allocated to families with the correct beds and accessories. It is a shame we need to point this out but we have had instances where people moved into the wrong tent rather than come to ask for assistance, causing a lot of inconvenience for other families
You are responsible for the security and condition of the tents from when you arrive until you depart the campsite
We strive to keep costs as low as possible for our community. As such, we would appreciate it if our guests removed their shoes upon entering the tent to ensure mud is not tracked on the rugs and sheets. PLEASE USE THE SHOE TRAY PROVIDED and keep muddy shoes off the beds (again, it is a shame we have to point out the obvious!). We also ask that you remove any rubbish (bottles, cans, food wrappers etc) and dispose of them responsibly before leaving the campsite. We are not your cleaning service.
We regret we are unable to accommodate pets in our tents, this is to reduce the risk of allergic reactions to our guests
ALL OUR TENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING
West Coast Bell Tents accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or theft to any property left in the bell tents for the duration of the hire.
